Ingredients:

1 cup carrots, julienned
1 cup beets, julienned
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup red pepper, julienned
1 cup zucchini, julienned
2 Tbs. sesame oil
1 Tbs. lemon juice
soy sauce to taste
1/4 cup sesame, soaked, sprouted and dehydrated.

Mix all but last 4 ingredients. Blend sesame oil, lemon juice and soy sauce into a dressing. Mix salad with the dressing.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and mix again.
