Choco-nana (Mylk Shake)
For 1 serving
1 cup almond mylk
1 banana (or mango/ pear/apple)
1 tsp. flax oil
1 tsp lecithin
1 tsp bee pollen
1 mejhul date
1 tsp carob powder
Blend everything in the blender, and drink as a nourishing breakfast.
