What does the workshop expect for you?

Towards the new year and in the transition between the end and the beginning, we will gather for an intimate and deep group process, where we will look at toxic or spoiling areas in our relationship patterns, as well as the benevolent forces in us.

During the workshop we will meet ourselves, how we behave in intimate relationships, how we are reflected in the eyes of others, and what are the barriers we would like to break through or dissolve on the way to a good relationship. We invite you to a transformative process, which, like the movement of a butterfly’s wings, can produce a small wave, in the course of which a real change in life.

All this in a breathtaking view, a relaxing atmosphere and the traditional rich program of Mitzpe Alomat which includes organic vegan meals, physical activity such as yoga, walking in nature and Qigong accompanied by the experts of Mitzpe Alomat.

During the weekend, there will be six dynamic group meetings, jointly led. We will use the times and space inside and outside the meetings as materials that can be observed and learned from, with the help of the interpersonal interaction between the group members, the facilitators and the group as a whole.

Dr. Yael Doron,

Rehabilitation psychologist and group analyst, director of a couples institute in Ramat Gan,

Specializing in treatments for individuals, couples and groups on relationship issues. Member of the teaching staff in the Department of Behavioral Sciences at the Peres Academic Center and the Israeli Institute for Group Analysis.

In recent years, Yael became famous as an expert on the successful TV show “Wedding at First Sight” broadcast on Beshet 12

Ella Stolper,

Group analyst, psychotherapist, senior instructor. Specializing in analytical therapy for individuals, couples and groups.

A faculty member in the program for guiding groups at Tel Aviv University and the Israeli Institute for Group Analysis, and at analytical institutes in Russia and Ukraine. Founder and director of the Group Analytical Institute in Stavropol (Russia), member of the board of directors of an Israeli association for group facilitation, owns a private practice in Givatayim.
