Who is the workshop suitable for:
For anyone who wants to improve the quality of sleep and develop into a healthier and better life, increase the energy level, reduce stress, together we will practice a healthy sleep routine, and implement new habits to deal with challenges.

What do you get?

  • First of all, participants participate in Mitzpe Alomot’s healthy lifestyle workshop, which includes accommodation, meals and plenty of activities that restore vital energy to the body.
  • You will receive broad and up-to-date knowledge from the most innovative research and learn about your sleep patterns through monitoring and analysis during the workshop.
  • Learn more about the importance of good sleep, which contributes to longevity, delays the aging process and helps maintain freshness, improves memory and the ability to process new information, accelerates and deepens learning, prevents the accumulation of unwanted pounds (because lack of sleep does not fight effectively in dealing with late night cravings), prevents systematic inflammation in a low degree associated with aging and chronic diseases.

Main supervisor: Rotem Ed Epstein – PhD student at the Faculty of Education, University of Haifa.

A wide and professional team will accompany and guide the workshop together with Rotem.
