The pampering suites of Mitzpe Alumot are in the first line of the view, in some you can go straight from the living room to the grass and a hammock, there are suites with a private balcony, it is recommended to sit and watch the sun rise from the Golan Mountains and the Sea of Galilee change color when the sun sets.

Excited to host Eyal Amon – a lecturer and physiologist and a regular lecturer at Mitzpe Alumot
will give the participants interactive workshops, which will integrate the application of the ancient sources through the updated science. The content of the workshops has been proven to prolong life both chronologically, and more importantly in the level of our functioning from the physiological and mental aspect.
Eyal is a doctoral student at the School of Public Health at Tel Aviv University and has a master’s degree in exercise physiology, medical sciences specializing in cardiac rehabilitation.
Among the topics he chose:
“Healthy keys to proper and long-term weight loss” – the contribution of various recreational activities in the weight loss process, how do you measure their intensity? What is the most “burning” activity? What determines how many calories we lose at a given moment? Football or basketball? ski??? And what about the muscles? What strengthens the most and how do the muscles of the body help the process of maintaining a normal body weight?
“The relationship between lifestyle and longevity” – the flagship lecture – choice or divine decree?
A health journey from the origins of our ancestors to today’s science. What is the relationship between lifestyle in the 21st century and morbidity? What are the harms of the modern world in the physical-nutritional-mental aspect? How do the basic laws of physics and mechanics come to be of help or trouble to us in the processes of losing weight or increasing the body’s muscle mass and strengthening them? What are the advantages and solutions of physical activity in dealing with a reality where everything becomes comfortable, available and minimizes movement
