Most women are sure that their problem is weight, in the menu, compared to others…
But they don’t know that actually their main problem is in their basic reference to themselves,
In the self-criticism, in the excess of judgment, in the hatred of the body, in the existence of constant dissatisfaction.

When we conduct ourselves out of a constant struggle with food and our bodies and are sure that there is no other way,
We hurt not only ourselves, but our whole environment suffers from it.

The solution to this situation starts from thinking the other way around .
Realize that in order to be satisfied with yourself, you need to change your attitude!
choose to manage yourself and your eating,
From a place of a woman who accepts and loves herself attentively and connected to her body.

Only when we change our attitude towards ourselves,
We are able to manage ourselves from a place of leadership instead of victims.
