Especially festive detoxification with Yael Shaham Gafni – New Year’s holiday 29-30.9-1.10

Let's have a healthy vacation

Yael Shaham Gafni, a specialist in functional medicine and holistic nutrition, a certified yoga teacher and the author of the book “Your path from illness to recovery” is coming to us for a particularly festive workshop!

In addition to our beloved and well-known content, this week you will be treated to two special lectures by Yael Shaham Gafni, in which she will provide practical and especially useful tools for eliminating toxins that harm our health and you didn’t even know existed.

About the lectures:

Why is it important to live in a healthy home?

Many times I hear stories about people who maintained a healthy lifestyle exactly as written in the book: ate healthy, didn’t smoke, did physical activity, yoga, and still got sick. It’s discouraging because it gives the feeling that we don’t really have control over our health, but that’s not true. There is another factor that many people are not aware of – the environmental factor. In the lecture we will understand how significant this factor is for health and it seems that our decisions regarding consumer products are of crucial importance regarding our exposure to environmental damage.

We start with two rooms in the house: the bathroom and the laundry room

One of the ways we are exposed to harmful substances is through the skin. Absorption of substances through the skin is sometimes better than through the digestive system. That’s why it’s important what we apply on ourselves, and which substances are on the clothes that are next to our skin all day. In this lecture we will learn which harmful substances are found in the care products we use, and in the laundry detergents, and we will learn about healthy alternatives.
