6-8 red peppers

2 ripe tomatoes

1 teaspoon ground dried oregano

1-2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon sweet paprika

Juice squeezed from a whole lemon

1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

1/4 cup olive oil

 

Cut the peppers, tomatoes and mix in a blender with the garlic cloves.

Add the herbs and spices and mix again.

Pour in the oil, while stirring
