1 romaine lettuce
3 carrots
4 green onions
4 radishes
juice from 2 lemons
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ tsp. salt

Cut the lettuce into ½ inch stripes, grate the carrots and the radishes and chop the green onions. Prepare the dressing from the lemon juice, oil and salt.
Mix all the salad ingredients with the dressing.
